I'm pretty sure you were not talking about Vinivida there!

I'm not interested in discussing Vinivida, I pointed out something you said about shooting at Tamils and Muslims in Colombo and you dragged Vinivida to it! |

London Metro Police got a Sri Lankan police train their personnel to shoot and kill the terrorist suspects. When they really did it they shot a innocent Brazilian 32 times and murdered him on the stop.
Later the Metropolitan Commissioner apologised to the Brazilian family and offered a large sum of money as compensation. Now this discredited shooting to kill has been abandoned.
In Sri Lanka police and army kill people on sight but never admitted liability nor offered any compensation to thousands of victims and families.
There is a difference between the civilised behaviour of London and barbarism practised by Sri Lankan state. |

Apr 30, Colombo: The Tamil Nadu Government has decided to consult the Centre Government before deciding on initiating action against outfits and political leaders supporting the LTTE.
Expressing shock at the complicity of the LTTE in the abduction and killing of fishermen from the Kanyakumari district last month, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi informed the Assembly that the Government would take immediate steps to secure the release of 12 fishermen reportedly detained by the Sea Tigers.
Responding to Congress member C. Gnanasekaran's demand for the arrest of Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) General Secretary Vaiko and for a ban on organisations supporting the LTTE, Mr. Karunanidhi said he would seek the opinion of the Centre on these issues. |
