Most of the petrol sations mangers/owners/workers are not the main pepole behind this. let me tell you how.
game 1(the big)
The british locals are the main pepole behind this. They make a good relationship with the manger/owner of the service stations and they FIX a CCTV camara, and decting machine,(scans pin.chip). The a laptop. All the details been saved on the camara/laptop. then they pay the manger/owner.

Scaning the C.Card on another small sacaner.
If you know in lanka how many tourist C.Card detalils been taken and been used. its been going on for ages

the mangers and owners can be tamils but you cant label them as tigers. Crime is dirrfent and tigers are diffrent in this.
There are lots of tamils who are supporting the tigers, so lets say when one of the managers been caught in this who supports tigers , and if the police finds out some tigers supporting news papers/flag/dvd's from this guys house you cant say tigers are involved.
Dont make a quick desion, wait and see. |
