2. Is vavunia a affluent city? Appears that most of the residents are millionaires
3. why no one called the police at the time of the robbery?
Real I can answer the last question:
VICTIM - Calls the Police..
BURGLER - Cell phone rings...
But really the thugs tied up the people first and cut their phone lines and took their cell phones according to the article.

To the hooters who were going on about Thamilchelvan's interview where he said they were ready for peace talks and so you thought it meant they were beaten and begging for peace, I told you it is only talks if the CFA is 100% implemented, so here you go reafirmed today by Ilanthirayan:
''We are keeping the doors open for a negotiated settlement,'' the LTTE's Ilanthirayan said. ''The cease-fire agreement is that door. Unfortunately, Colombo wants to get through the walls, which seems too hard for them.''
Do you get it yet hooters? The LTTE if they were weakend by your punnakku overload would not still be sticking with their original requests. |

| I'm surprised people are putting the blame on the LTTE for this! Obviously, this was the work of the Karuna Gang. Its a good example of the type of 'liberation' SLG is offering the Easterners. Any type of puppet-administration, whether its in the East or the North, will be as bad, if not worse, than the master administration in Colombo. Bribing, abduction, kidnappings, robberies - these things are already going on when the pseudo-structure is barely in place! |
