Whatreallyhap is that the armed forces are quietly taking out the nerve centres inside the Wanni just leaving out the barber shops incase Thamilchelvam is out of work.

Rasak: India or as a matter of fact any country will speak to appease but in reality they need soverign governments and not terrorists. Hope the ltte and their goons will get the message.
