My point is very specific about ordinary sinhala folks turning into murderers! like in the prison when Kuttimani and the others were murdered!

I know lot of sinhalese like you who helped lot of Tamils!! I dont blame you personally for the murders!!

My question is very general!!

If you read my potings you will know that I dont support or condone any kind of civilian murders whether it is sinhala Tamil or muslims!!! poor burghers have run away long time ago!!

They then indulge in making grandiose statements like the following:

You make a very good comparison and by that answered part of the question!!

Yes Germany committed killings of Jews and as a result bombed by the allied forces and destroyed! The Germany you have today is not the same Germany!!!

I have a lot of German friends and I know a lot about how German people feel even today!!! VERY GUILTY!!!

Just compare that in Sri Lanka!! the myders are still goin on!!!

You are trying to argue that no one is guilty and it has been happening for centuries!!

THATS THE DIFFERENCE!!

er.... Robins... tell me.... do you classify rapists, thugs and murderers in a prison as 'ordinary sinhala folks'?

So here you go - I will address your 'specific point' - these prisoners are hardly a cross section of sinhala society or are representative of the whole. You can not call them 'ordinary sinhala folks'.

I know lot of sinhalese like you who helped lot of Tamils!!

And the murders are still going on. Just don't point your finger at one side here... Let me here you condemning the LTTE for the killings of civillians in the bus bombing etc. Then I might respect you a bit more.

I condemn all the instances where the GOSL armed forces killed innocent civillians. Lets hear you do the same with the LTTE...

On the contrary. There is always a guilty party if another life is taken.

But your extremely flawed and one sided question was, why is it simple and nice sinhalese people turn into murderers.

Who commited the civilian murders during for example 83 riots? arent you going to call them ordinary sinhala folks!!!

Well prisoners who carried out the kilings were aided and abated by the gurads!! Who are ordinary sinhala folks too!

If these guys were guilty they should have been punished that never happens in SL!!

When Germany commited crimes against Jews they were bombed! are you saying that should happen in SL?
