Do you think he is willing to give up his comfortable life here in the west (just look at his belly, sun glasses, matching T-shirt, hat and trianers) to fight along side mostly bare-footed young girls and boys recruited at gun point living in mud huts from poor rural north in Sri Lanka.
I doubt it, he just wants them to sacrifise their lives for his dream 'another holiday home in Jaffna in the tropical island of Sri Lanka', apart from the one in Colombo.

I thought LTTE called up the Dias-pora to boycott Sri Lankan games........
So.... The bugger didn't listen to the LTTE, yet he is a hero for showing up the blood soaked tiger flag,......

I think this is simply a contract.
