Tamil Television Network, the main TV channel owned by the Tamil Tigers, will be close down any time, according to Globecast spokesperson.

This is a big blow to the Tiger propaganda network in Europe.

When Asian Tribune contacted Globecast.com, the subsidiary of the French telecom which uplinks the TTN channel in the Hotbird satellite, a spokesperson told that we have decided to stop broadcasting the TTN channel.

In the meantime Sri Lanka?s Ambassador to France Chitrangani Wagiswara told the Asian Tribune that the embassy sent a strongly worded protest letter to Chairman and CEO of the Globecast expressing the concern of the Sri Lanka Government in Globecast up linking clandestine TV channels of the LTTE.

Globecast, a subsidiary of the French Telecom, reviewed the legal position of the TTN television channel and after consulting with their lawyers decided to close down the TV channel.

Globecast also broadcast the LTTE owned radio IBC based in London. Whether these broadcasts will be allowd to continue is not known yet.

this should not happen , as one and only way to bring the state terrorism to the world , the TNA should open a media service to the world , the tamils around the would would help them to establish the network .

rotund woman in the crowd roars her delight at that wicket, and lifts her shirt to reveal an enormous red bra, and an even larger stomach. Moving on...
