I have 90% confident CNN news than Tamil nut news.
I totally agree..i will believe even 100% only if CNN has their own crew on the ground...CNN at present reports what is told by the Govt spokesman..

Another interesting story..

Sri Lanka should demand ICC to stop these politics / antics by teh AI... and if not should withdraw from the world cup...
We need folks like Arjuna to send clear signals to foreigners... not to tamper with our dignity... and pride.
AI's actions are being closely watched my many others...to copy. If we allow this lightly, we are sure see more of these. It will be very difficult tackle the issue.

'Politics should not be mixed with sport. AI are parasites living off others. They try to bully the poor countries.
I hope the Sri Lankan Cricket team will ignore all this rubbish and go from strength to strength. Why pick on Sri Lanka when there are so many other countries who violate human rights. AI is afraid that an Asian team will beat the mighty Ausies like in 1996. All these people talking about human rights are only vocal when their opponents do it. When their own side do it they applaud! Shocking.
Wrong is wrong whoever does it. When we ever learn. From the little I have seen of Sri Lanka, Tamils live quite peacefully and own land in the South. The other races are killed in the North. This is not done. If you look around most property developers in Colombo are Tamils? Whom are you kidding? Be reasonable and stop all this nonsense.
The Sri Lankan Cricket Team has players belonging to all races other than a burghur. I wish there was one. But then they are picked on ability rather than the race.
Best wishes to Sri Lankan Team. Hope you will make it in the final.' |

In a startling revelation, Sri Lankan Foreign Secretary Dr Palitha Kohona has told TIMES NOW that in his government's assessment, the LTTE has acquired the capability to target India's nuclear reactors in the South from the air.

Vini my single brain celled PEB, what dignity and pride? Your wonderful Fool in Chief has removed what little your pathetic beggar nation had.
Every news item and IC diplomat now talks about your failed state in equal terms to the 'banned terrorist organization' the LTTE.
From the UN down to the groups like AI, you are now EQUAL to the LTTE in their eyes.
What an achievment! Just what VP wanted when he allowed your buffalo chief to win =) |

I think you are right. Lots of Tamil land owners - no one even thinks about that. But the North and East are being ethnically and religiously cleansed by the Tamils.
And you can bet that there is a cricket angle in this also.
Remember the only unfair fight is the one YOU lose, so we must win anyway possible. So it pleases me greatly to hear you PEBs crying about things.
But really to cry about ethnic cleansing, or religious cleansing is pretty funny from supporters of a terrorist state who shells and bombs churches, temples and schools and has made 500,000 Tamils homeless from their own lands. |
