They don't condemn because there was little to no damage.
To condemn it would be to give weight to a useless display of blood money in action.
They see it exactly as it was designed to be, a useless propaganda stunt...that miserably failed.

During almost past 3 decades, ltte pigs have been using many types of attacks, including with card board kites also, against SL forces. but so far nothing has been changed in our mother land except decreasing tamil population and increasing the number of tamil refugees. Even if they build submarines for attacking, the final results will be the same.
Moda demala never understand this
Reminds me of a story I heard when I was very small .

For TC one small air attack from them is greater than all those attacks from SLAF. It's all propoganda and fund raising.
