Haha these LTTE criminals...this is how they spend their blood money. instead of taking care of the tamil hostages under their control, they put it into these gimmicks.

you can throw whatever you want at SLA, but you criminals have still achieved nothing after 20 years of murdering people. no matter what, you will never see your greedy dream fulfilled.

if you want your eelam, why not go to tamil nadu and break off a part from them? not only is there so much land, but the indian tamils would probably more than welcome the chance to give the sri lankans some of their land?

why don't you go for a wider eelam and also claim tamil nadu as part of your own homeland? you were greedy enough here, so why not just spread your greed more?

don't tell me power-hungry hedgehog has a limit to its false, greedy plan? why not commit acts of terrorism in tamil nadu and take as much land from karunadi that you can do?

Do not be foolish, pal...

VP have almost liberated Tamils.

Now, he has shown the fighter planes and TAF, he does not really need subs to attack ships carrying troops... he can use his squadron!

Tamil don't like their Own country, TAMilCountry (Tamilcountry) in India. but they like Sri Lanka. So, they don't want to go.

Because, Sri Lanka treated them better. gave them good opportunities. We were not CASTE - biased. They did not have to sell papers and bottles whole of their life.

Think, After Tamil Freedom Struggle, that TamilCountry became a well developed STATE or a country independent of India (Nay, that will never happen. Then tamils would say Sri LAnka is a Failed State and they would move to TamilNADU.

NOw they build submarines because they know GOSL will look after them.

Submarimes, small aircraft and the rest. After more than two decades what have LTTE achieved for Tamil people they are suppose to 'liberate'.

Surely, the so-called Ealam is much smaller now than 3 years ago. Where are those Ealam police, court and other buildings in Jaffna and Batti?

No country has condemned the air strike by LTTE on country's main military air base in Katunayake,' said NPM leader Venerable Dambara Amila Thera addressing a press briefing held Thursday in Sri Lanka Foundation Institute hall.

UN Secretary General Ban-Ki-Moon had also made a statement after air strike on Katunayake airbase asking the government and LTTE to resume peace talks immediately. This shows that the international community is also supportive of the LTTE, said Venerable Dambara Amila Thera.

The problem in the LTTE side is, How to stop the SLA operations which cause LTTE to keep loosing there control areas.
If the LTTE keep on loosing the area's building swimming kits(They are saying submarrines) is not usefull. Better save that money to feed thousands of people who r suffering there so call area(s)

They don't want to embarress KFIRs, MIGs, F- 17s. HArriots, etc., etc., saying this hand glider an air strike.

Did any one prove whether it was actually NOT a MORTAR strike and a HAND GLIDER flew by.

LTTE aircraft will be destroyed by the infantry- Military spokesperson

(LeN-2007 March 30, 6.15 pm) Military spokesperson brigadier prasad samarasinghe told the media in Colombo yesterday that the LTTE's air craft will be destroyed not by the air force but by the infantry.

Answering a question raised by a journalist, he said that the public should not hesitate regarding it because it was definitely possible.

When questioned about the media reports that the radar system in the system was malfunctioning at the time of the attack, Air force spokesperson group captain Ajantha De Silva said though he has the details to answer the question he would refrain from answering it as it might pose a threat to national security.

He said the media should be careful in reporting such military related articles.

Also answering another question about the alleged charges made to the government for assisting the Karuna faction to recruit child soldiers the cabinet spokesperson said the government has under any circumstance not assisted or encouraged any party for child recruitment as soldiers.

During the briefing a journalist said that Mawbima newspaper closing down since their accounts were freezed would tarnish the name of media minister, Anura Priyadharshana Yapa said he cannot interfere or claim responsibility for steps taken by the defense ministry but said that he would request the relevant parties to speed up the investigations.
