how much of a threat the TAF is to the whole of south east asia?
TAF is a threat to only a few targets in Sri Lanka ...
in fact only 3 prime targets ... that's why VP sought 6 planes... in the next raid all 6 planes will be in action, 2 planes per target.
Once this 3 places are knocked off Jaffna and Trinco will be taken within 3 days!

I know TAF is a minor threat to SL targets, but I doubt it is so. Otherwise LTTE would have doen something by now to achieve parity with the significant losses in the east.
How do you know ltte bought 6 planes, I heard they had 3 and one light helicopter

I cannot produce public links... but, the 6 planes were bought in Europe and brought to Eelam via Sicily.
3 days-you sound extremely confident!
Once Palalai and Trinco naval HQs are knocked off, SLA fighting units will lose all communication capabilities... then LTTE can just walk in to Jaffna town and Trinco! |

LTTE should try and liberate trinco before jaffna. simple reason is that if they dont liberate it soon, there will not be any tamils in trinco in 20 years time. the gov are going to settle sinhalese people in sampoor. these poor sinhalese people who are going to be settled probably dont even know what is actually going on, they heard they are getting free land from the government, and end up in a volatile area. LTTE should just make a public statement and advice them not to fall for gov trick and carry out their dirty work
