In 1956, tamils were holding 50% of the govt bureaucratic positions. that is why GGP proposed 50: 50 formula.
AnuDUD I know you are ignorant but it seems you are a liar too, the 50-50 proposal was for ALL minorities, Tamils, Muslims, Burghers, all together to have 50 versus 50 for Sinhalese.
So stop lying that it was 50% for Tamils only.

Beruwala should have one more regional council. Kalmune should have another regional council.
Those regional councils will function irrespective of the regional govts and will only cater to ethnic needs.
Each of thee regional council will have their own armed forces. When ever there is a problem with other ethnic group, TAMIL SOLE REPRESENTATIVES will come with the MACHETE AND THE T - 56 and CHOP every woman and child.
That will be the right of Tamils and that is for the FREEDOM STRUGGLE. International Community MUST support providing FREE CREDIT CARD revenue.

If the 7.5% Muslims of the total population could ask for such deal and as well as to participate in any peace process ,the 8% foreign exchange earners have to have the biggest share of the peace deal!
