In the past the Tamil leadership failed to put forward a feasible proposal to address the ethnic problem. I have battle field experience therefore I know how difficult it is to achieve our rights through an armed struggle. Negotiations are the best method to achieve them.

Mar 12, Colombo: Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC), the major party that represents the Indian origin upcountry Tamils of Sri Lanka says that it is to put forward a proposal to the All Party Representative Committee (APRC) demanding a sub-regional council to be created for the downtrodden minority community.


i do not blame them, if the 8% muslims could ask for such deal why not the 9% uphill people?

If not for VP there want be karuna,but only a Muralitharan.
VP took this b....d under his wing, trained him,taught him all the military manoeuvres and gave the opportunity to develop his talent as a military commander and sent him abroad and made him to be known to the IC.
If VP also thought that the struggle of the tamils against the sinhala state terrorism,is not feasible,as this scumbag says,where will be he now?

Lucky minority want to subjugate and to dominate over the unlucky majority for over 100years.

So discuss a deal. What is given is not enough

it is the right of 12% of tamils to dominate and control 85% of sinhalas.

We will never sell our Nuwaraeliya or NE to tamils.Mahinda chinthanya is against federalism .Mahinda will not go for any power devolution similar to federal.Otherwise Mahinda wouldnt have started this war.If he promised federalism, he could easily prevented this on going conflict by sticking in RW's CFA.First we want to liberate our country from ltte.Then Govt will forward proposals which doesnot go beyond unitary constitution.

I told Tamils many many so many times don't fight, forget about the crappy Freedom strangle. But .. but did they listen ? of course no.

now pay the price.

Sri Lankan Tamils: don't listen to abroad Motta Tamils, they are Killing you.
