The other day,
US embassador said, LTTE cannot be millitarily defeated and therefore he is asking GOSL to stop the war.
Now US embassadors boss says, LTTE's millitary challenge must be COUNTERED.
No one understands what the US government really telling the GOSL...
(1)LTTE cannot be millitarily defeated and therefore he is asking GOSL to stop the war.
ltte is a symptom not a cause for this ethnic conflict, so the ltte cannot be defeated militarily, the military option will only push the ltte to revert back to guerrilla ware fare. that means more war!
(2)LTTE's millitary challenge must be COUNTERED.
that means ,
1)the USA will stand by the govt of srilanka .
2)will give AID
3)will give logistical support to defend the ltte.
4)will give arms and ammos if there is any deal already signed for this purpose and also the USA can delay THE SUPPLY too if it is necessary.
4)will fully support the govt for any attempt to address the cause for this conflict.
5)USA want s the gosl to give and take.
give to counter the ltte military machine!
THE SECOND SAY IS ONLY ABOUT DEFENCIVE PURPOSE NOT FOR THE OFFENSIVE!!

Dear Free thinker/ Maitriya and other readers of this forum
It is my duty to explain the basic reasons for all these troubles in sri Lanka.
Every sinhalese student comes out from the schools, colleges and universities are with anti-Tamil feelings due to their text books well written racisist sinhalese editors. this nobody can deny.
All these ancient cities like Anuradhapura,Polonnaruwa and Kandy were under donomination of Tamil Kings because this Island is very closed to south India and we can not forget all the destructions of these sacred places due to their invasion like Britain ,Portugal and Dutch. Although there were lot of damage done by Portuguese on bouddhist
it is always ' Demala ' ( Tamils ) where are being blamed!
So , it is really automatic for a sinhalese student who will feel naturally anti-Tamil even if he is a best friend of Tamil.
Most of these young bouddhist monks are all members of JVP,JHU a feal anti-Tamil culprits.
Teaching bouddhism is simple but in which way and in which method???
In Sri Lanka , this religion is fully mixed with politics
and this is the one of the reason why Mr.J.R. wanted these monks to keep away from the politics but it was failed.
I would like to tell you all that because of these ugly monks this beautiful nation is destroyed inch by inch through this stupid civil war well imposed on Tamils.
So the time has come for the government to remove this
reglion from the school to bring back peace.
Compare to the other asian bouddhist countries , Sri Lanka's bouddhim is rotten and not valid at all for the humain being. |
