Our country in the Island was invaded and colonised by the Europeans and when they left the modayas took over.We are fighting to liberate our homeland from the modayas and not begging.It is our Homeland and we will liberate it ,what may come.

I think like this, east was always a multi cultural area like Colombo. so east should be liberated
Anuraddhapura should also be a multicultural area, with significant proportion being Tamils and Muslims.
Why are over 95% of the people Sinhalese there? |

The country belongs to both Sinhalese, Tamils and the rest who reside in it. You are fighting for a piece of arbitrary land that cannot be justifiable.
If the Tamils in NE think its their land and needs a separate state then better pack up the stuff and leave to Tamil Nadu which is their homeland. The moderate ones who love to stay with the Sinhalese and rest can stay within.
If that is not understood then there is a serious break down in communication.
The begging bowl from Pirapa will get bulky day by day proportional to the destruction of weaponary in the sea.

Anuradhapura was multicultural area since 1958 riots. IN 1958 Tharumapuram colony in Kilinochi district is created to settle refugees from Anuradhapura. Up to 83 riots significant portion of paddy land was owned by Tamils. All these ethnic clensives took place before the commencement of the Tamil militancy and LTTE.

I hardly watch games these days. With the Zidane's retirement, entertainment value is went down in the soccer. All opt the grinding style soccer for results.
Man...I played 2 hr indoor soccer yesteray...felt awesome.

Its always a good gesture when there is multiculturalism around. If not for that phenomenon people will get more aggravated. For instance you can say Colombo is populated more with Non-Sinhalese and does it have any ethnic issue? No.
Strictly speaking laws such as 'thesawalame' created greater polarity between Sinhalese & Tamils as Tamils would not let non-tamils to acquire their land other than in matrimonial manner. This is exactly why regions such as east is populated in mixed proportions and there is no way that can be held or labled as Tamil Homeland or other land for that matter.
What is required by the government is to implement the PCs to fullest extension to eradicate any form of discrimination by any factor.
