SLN destroys suspicious boat in the seas off Matara

Sri Lankan military officials in Colombo have claimed that the Sri Lanka Navy destroyed a suspicious boat 230 nautical miles off Matara on Sri Lanka`s southern coast around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The boat had failed to stop following the warning shots fired by the SLN at the international waters.
The vessel took fire and exploded when SLN fired at the boat, military officials said.
The identitiy of the vessel is yet to be established.
The SLN had suspected that the boat, which was leaving the island, was owned by the LTTE.

The worry is how many ships like entered SL without SLN knowledge?
hope not that many...
does any one know what will be the next game plan of SLA and LTTE? |

Guess somebody are making holes in them....
May be angered fish....cos your sea goons went fishing....and the fish didn't like it..
but now these goons are floating...not in good shape...and the fish must be liking them more...

There goes another fishing trawler in flames.... usually deep sea vessels carry quite a lot of fuel... the when shot at they catch fire making a fire ball and loud noice... very likely SLN shot at a fishing trawler and killed innocent people in it! |
