For US the operation to eliminate Prabha will cost less than US $100,000
few man hours, 24 satellite Intel, karuna group intel,
a nice 2000 lbs Mark 80 bomb with a laser-JDAM kit with laser guided GPS will do. (this cost about 20,000 US)

LTTE is a mafia organisation, and disruption of the leadership will lead to utter chaos leading to fragmentation. Many cadre do not know how to operate in an legal frame work (evidenced by Tamil gang members who were LTTE terrorists in sri lanka) and they will begin all underworld activity. |

Nale: total abductions 450's during 1 whole year, many released
many incarcerated after finding evidence against them under PTA
but there are 2 million Tamils living in the south, far more than the number living in LTTE regions.
but LTTE has close to 6000 Tamils captivity, what do you think about that? that 6000 out of less than 300,000 total population
have to maintain law and order with in the law and order frame work. seeking LTTE agents and suicide bombers last time I checked was a legitimate reason to jail anyone in sri lanka. |

Told by who? Show me the proof, the only proof we have is that the UN rep had to call and tell the LTTE and supposedly said they didn't tell them ahead of time. That is easy neough to verify, someone ask the UN rep.

President visitted the same area few weeks ago but LTTE never fired single bullet. But this time LTTE went to hunt the big shots.
It seems like SLA has cracked down the LTTE's int. network. What happened to Pottuamman's int. unit.
Pottuamma should have known diplomats' trip beforehand.
There are many more to come. Aruguing on this matter is useless as LTTE has already proved they are true freedom fighters.
