LTTE condemns GoSL for endangering the lives of foreign diplomats

Military Spokesman of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) Irasiah Ilanthirayan, expressing deep regret for the injuries caused to the foreign diplomats who landed in the military airfield of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) in Batticaloa and the Weber Stadium where 23-3 Brigade Commander`s military headquarters is located, condemned the Government of Sri Lanka for having endangered the lives of foreign diplomats bringing them into the artillery launchpads inside the military zone without following diplomatic procedures.
`We immediately ceased the fire as soon as we were notified of the presence of foreign diplomats under artillery fire, by Mr. Marian Din, the UN official for coordinating security arrangments here in Kilinochchi,` Mr. Ilanthirayan said.
`We are shocked by the grave negligance of the security arrangments for the diplomats by the Sri Lankan government that has transported the delegation into the artillery launchpads amid the prevailing atmosphere of provocative artillery attacks.` LTTE`s military spokesman further said.
There is a procedure in practice, of informing the LTTE in advance, when foregin diplomats and NGO officials are scheduled to visit war zone. Liberation Tigers Liaison Officer for UN and NGO affairs gets informed with details of the officials and their belongings. The Sri Lankan military establishment has ignored the practice in Batticaloa, he charged.
`This is a simple procedure that has been intentionally ignored in Batticaloa by the Sri Lankan military.`
`We condemn the GoSL in strongest possible terms for seeking to sabotage LTTE`s relationship with the foreign missions and the International Community.`
`This is also a criminal act of failing to follow the procedures in place by the Sri Lankan military which is engaged in a self-proclaimed war in the entire Batticaloa district,` LTTE spokesman said.
The LTTE was responding to hostile artillery and mortar attacks Tuesday morning, he said.
The aircraft carrying foreign diplomats had landed in the military airfield of the Sri Lankan Air Force (SLAF) and two helicopters had landed inside the main military camp in Batticaloa city.

GOSL is sovereign state, and need to permission from pirates or militants who belong to a terrorist organization to walk about with diplomats.
LTTE must beg for pardon, i am sure it will beg soon |

in future the new will be like this
i wont be surprised if LTTE kill the ambassador of USA in Colombo with a suicide bomber and say, we are shocked by the grave negligence of the security arrangements for the diplomats by the Sri lankan government in the heart of the city where many suicide bombings have been carried out by us.
but it proved one point that east is still vulnerable |

It was a delibarate act of srilankan government to endanger diplomat and discredit LTTE internationally.
however the world now know the tactic of srilankan government.
one need to look for the situation carefully
before the depolmat deapt to the area srilankan army shelled LTTE area so theat retaliation happens on time for the world leaders to know.
secondly timing , mahinda family 66 people have gone to china , otheriwise their members of family will take part in this meeting.
so it was a delibarate plan.
thirdly , srilankan government not informed LTTe about their visits,
it proves government wanted LTTE to attack the helicopter with the delegation.
fouthly , Humanright minister ( god know what this minister does because since mahinda came SLMM showed 10,000% deaths increased from 30 per year to 3000
so for the propaganda purpose they can say use humanright minister is killed by tigers.
fifthly location baticola is a well known place and only army are there noone is there even if these ambasidors killed by the state forces there is no evidents. lucklily these mans not dead.
sixthly , timing , when mahinda was abroad this atack was needed for mahinda to spread a news in chineese media.
and get lots of free wepons.
similer things have happend when they travelled to other citys.
one may wonder if mahinda ailanate western government they may shoot his plane on his way back from china picknic with his 267 family members.

The U.S. Embassy in a statement said Ambassador Blake was ''all right,'' without providing further details.
In the past, for everything (mahinthapura school shelling, recent bus bombs in the south) U.S embassy released statements condemning LTTE. But not this time.
Why?
''Even this morning they had used the place to launch artillery fire at us,''
GOSL plan was to kill all ambassadors. Because now EU (especially Germany) is against GOSL human rights violation. World is not a bunch of fools.
