I think it will be a wise idea for Sri Lanka to form a confederation with India.
by 2020 india will initiate such move !

Again it is suspected Tamil Tigers and it is according to Mahinda Samarasinghe! anyone else confirmed the news!!
As far as i am concerned everything point to Govt job!! why? only the forces miss the target! LTTE if they were to get him, they would have got him lolz..
Just a thought anyone else thinking in the same lines..
I know i am in for some artillery attack, and i might get slightly injured too lolz.. |

the ltte claimed responsibility for the attack!
yes, ltte could falsely claim if they knew 101% ,if it is the govt's job! later it can prove once they reaped the benefit,
by claiming responsibility for the attack immediately avoid the investigation!
