This is a clear example of the power of punnakku. His supporters are a funny kind. When they see money squandering moves such as this by the head of the state they simply wish to overlook it and say that this is politics. To this day I don't understand why they keep on showcasing their ignorance here. If money is being squandered whether the its Ranil or MR, its not correct and definitely doesnt deserve anyones approval or support.
