i dont think its confirmed yet as its not on other sri lankan news websites, but whats the big deal, devananda can get a new PR officer, those sort of people are replaceable
Devananda is a thorn in the side of the LTTE
he fought against the government, indian army came and overpowered him and he decided to surrender himself to the people who he was originally fighting against
do you actually respect these kind of people?
at least Dr rupasinghe is not a flip-flop like devananda and karuna |

The GOSL said they had completely taken over the East 2 weeks ago? Then how is it they are still taking over villages. And when is Karuna going to be made Governor of the East?
It is all talk. The US says the LTTE cannot be Beaten. Soon we will see the actions of the LTTE. Just wait. Do not start celebrating just yet. |

You say you are hurt ( not heart i assume you wanted to say) by so called state terrorism. Are you saying that genuinely?
thank you for the understanding and for the correction , i really appricaite, first part is right with your correction (heart to HURT ) but not the 2nd part ( terrorism to genuinely ) , at least you have to be reasonable !
Think about it... the only reason why the state has to conduct anti terror campaignes is because of LTTE terrorism such as suicide attacks, road side bombs, kidnappings, child conscription, political assasinations of fellow Tamils etc etc. If there were no such attacks there is no need for anti terror tactics and campaigns.
man , LTTE was product of state terrorism , you Sinhalese fighting with them for more than 30 PLUS YEARS , tamils are supporting 99% LTTE , remarkably last election they have set the record above 90% supporting the LTTE cause ( i am not talking about the past mandate , this is purely the last election ) , above all LTTE may not RIGHT 100% on their actions but the cause TAMIL EELAM is genuine and a MUST , it could be a separate state or a well powered federal state , but according to the situation prevailing in the country 2nd would be out of the question , but with little expensive first part the TAMIL EELAM the separate home land would be the right choice for both TAMILS and SINHALESE in long term , you could fight LTTE for another 100+ years , if LTTE win its a win for tamils and good for Sinhalese too , if LTTE fails then it will be a disaster for sinhalese LTTE will be a infinite destruction for sinhalese , on the part of tamils have nothing to lose we already getting terrorized by the GoSL state terrorist and corrupted foreign passport holding interference , whic has been unmasked by sinhala politician mangala and others , you have to accept GoSL is FAILED country with full of corruption .

well , i wish you have went through the full story , they are part of the country and like other youngsters wihtout a proper direction going in the wrong way , this is part of GoSL state terror who was displaced and lost the proper guidance , so GoSL state should take the responsibility TOOO , but as usual all the community got all type of good and bad , so this is very minor compared to rest of the community doing well in all fields , recently i have seen an article about sinhalese bothers beheaded in a foreign country for the crimes they have committed , i believe you have missed that please take some time to READ it |
