There should be an OPEN promise from GOSL to LTTE caders in Wanni.
That is OPENLY PROMISE $ 10 Million for a group of Tamils in wanni who gets VElu the Bunker Rat and the other most important ones.
GOSL will save ten times on what will be spent for weapons within a short period.
Elimination of Prabhakaran will lead to solution - Devananda
There is no meaning in forwarding a peace proposal to the LTTE. Only the elimination of ?Prabhakran and Company? will create a situation conducive to a final solution, Minister of Social Services and Social Welfare, EPDP leader Douglas Devananda said.

Prabhakaran and his gang fear to live in a peaceful atmosphere. Funeral undertakes have business only when there is death. If peace should return, they would soon be out of business. In the same way, the political business of Prabhakaran and Company, will prosper only if the war and destruction continues.
If there is no war, Prabhakaran and company would be closed down,' he said.

LTTE has suggested to Norway asking for PIECE talks.
Before that, LTTE is holding 15 boats full of Explosives out of the limits from Indian and Sri Lankan Jurisdiction
Because LTTE want to blow up a big sea port before the talks.
GOSL will say. Yes we are for PEACE, Let's go to Sweden for a vacation.
