PULI, This is how Tamils are educated in US and UK. Puli must be one of them.

Watch the SkyOne TV award winning documentary by Ross Kemp on Tamil gangs operating in London. According to Kemp, there are over 40 gangs operating in London, killing each other. No doubt these are the former gun runners of the LTTE. One of the gang leader is already dead (Anton Bala). Besides his death 04 violent deaths reported.
