Prabhakaran's supporters had gone against him before through out the history of LTTE, so any body going against him in future is a possibility not only Karuna defecting LTTE. The more capacity the brain washed LTTE hiarachy has to realize who Prabhakaran is and the emptiness of fighting to secure life of PRABHAKARAN, more will change sides or plot to kill him for the benefit of the Tamil of Sri Lanka. your MR is not perfect, he is a pakka hora. still you obey his orders.
when its come to tamils, the sinhalese are not trust worthy, if not, it is the sinhala past and present leaders! |

This is the third time I am asking the same question you try to evade.

Just because one owns a home that does not mean one has to stay within the home forever. One can always walk into any public domain...

Magha,
Please dont try to evade the question. You have NOT answered me yet.
Let me rephrase the question.
Karuna was a fully blown terrorist 3-4 years back. That we all know. However, now he has left LTTE and although not gave up arms at least have said publicly he would enter into the political mainstream by having his own political party.
What I aks is if somebody said that a person like Karuna a full terrorist would enter political mainstream giving up his arms about 4 years back (when he was still at LTTE) would you have believed that?
Yes or No.
Just tell yes or no.

This is controversial. But I guess at least Magha might not call him a fully blown terrorist. That is why I took this particular example.
If Magha thinks Karuna is the wrong example, he can consider someone like Devenanda, once a terrorist now a mainstream politico. Or he can even think about Angulimaala, who killed hundreds of people yet attained arhathood later.
My point is that why we think one person will not changed (if there are right circumstances) if similar others have changed.

Yes, I believe the possibility of Terrorists giving up arms and joining main stream politics as it happened with the Tamil militants. Isn't Douglas Devananda a former militant? |

Shakthi,
You mean the Schizo Prabha? This is where your weakness lies not understanding the fact that Prabhakaran cannot come to main stream politics because he has too many enemies not to mention that our Judiciary had already convicted him for life long imprisonment. Even if we pardon him for the sake of peace, he is still a wanted man in India for Rajiv's murder. That will not be the end, there will be Tamils taking him to international courts for killing their loved ones. |
