This shows your immaturity and how little you understand the workings of the majority of the peace loving Sri Lankans. The UK govt is getting worried that the LTTE issue will spill over to their shores through the diaspora there. They enough on their plate with Al Qaeda. So they have to minimize their fronts when it comes to terrorism. FYI, long before their 'official' involvements the British military has been training the SLA and the police, the SAS started training the STF and SF long time ago. Welcome to the forum Kadphises, my first post was optimistic and pragmatic like yours, I think after the 10th or so post I realised that there is no hope but to wipe out the tyranny of the LTTE and take out the support base as well.
May I ask as to what made you to loose hope? What makes you think that, realistically, GOSL can wipe out Tamil Nationalism just like that? |
