They should have put those books into the GCE O/L course. It was sad that they dont teach history now in schools.

I only asked you to name few Tamil Kings other than ELARA.
I will begin with the most ancient Dynasty.
-The Pandyans (Hundred Kings)
-The Chola (Hundred Tamil Kings)
-The Chera (Hundred Kings)
-The Pallava (Hundred Kings)
-The Kalabhra (Hundred Kings)
I hope it's enough. If your brain cannot believe i will give list of Kings that ruled in Sri lanka.
Srimal, in the whole History of Tamils more than 1000 Kings ruled different Kingdoms and Empire.
Btw the most RICHEST empire built by a King, was the Empire of Raja Raja the Chola (Rajendra Choladeva).

Karuna Amman said he was not concerned about his(Mahindas) life but at the same time did not believe the Government.
he(Karuna) has plans to assassinate him(mahinda) as alleged by former Minister Sripathi Sooriyarachchi. |
