Piraba for 'President' ? .. that's a prize-joke. If you hang around for a while, you will see him also 'getting the same treatment' as Mangala and the other two .. a 'hearty kick to the rear'.. |

All this mess of political uncertainty has been created by the singhala govt in order to fool the IC & India who are tightening the nose of singahala govt to put forward a solution for Tamil discrimination problem.
This has been going since the independent of singhala Lanka. Isn?t it??? |

The same way you think about the people of ealam and the thamil forces, tamils think about your leader and the singhala army. Therefore, no solution could be found as both the community does not accept the other as their leaders or saviors.
The only solution is two states living side by side under the rule of their own liking.
No one should (can) dictate who should rule the people against their will.
But the solution what the singhala govt wanted to impose is just like what is happening in the up country. You destroy all the infrastructure, leaders, education and place a puppet leader who will sell the peoples will for the money and rule them like slaves.
Do you all think the tamils will allow that to happen??? |

Interesting.........
I mentioned about thanthai chelva and the LTTE. There was one person called Amirthalingam who played a fine role and I'm sure you are well aware of him (Amir Anna). This genius followed a different route to Tamil freedom. The exact route that was followed by Singapore Tamils and Malaysian Tamils.
The Malaysian, Singapore Tamils faced a magnitude of racism far greater than Sri Lankan Tamils. Not in respect with violence, but more in the form of educational privileges and employment. It was an open secret. List of racial discriminations to Malaysian and Singapore Tamils (This list covers a period of about 48 years since independence (1957)):
1. 144 Indian primary schools closed down since 1968 - 2000 (The Indian Schools were run by Tamils)
2. 2.5% is government budget for Chinese primary schools. Indian schools got only 1%, malay schools got 96.5%
3. 0 Indian Tamils were sent to Japan and Korea under 'Look East Policy'
4. In Sri Lanka the standardization rule resulted in only 26% of pass mark students attending University (Stats from 1998 ) In Singapore it was a mere 2% (Educational bureau survey 2001).
5. 50 cases whereby Tamils, were beaten up in the National Service program in 1999
6. Only 3 out of 12 human rights items are ratified by Malaysia government since 1960
7. Libraries were baned in Tamil Areas of Malaysia. E.g: Penang, Rustogi. Well atleast we had libraries in North and East. Well then again the government went and burned down one of Sri Lanka?s National Treasures: The Jaffna Library (because it was in Tamil areas)
So how well are the Tamils in Malaysia and Singapore doing today?
Most of them are doing quite well. The aggregate Tamil is doing better than the aggregate Maly. The richest man in Malaysia is a Tamil, 29th richest in the world and owns the tallest building in the world as well (K-L Towers). The Malaysian Tamils struggled in the 60's but they didn't use weapons. They just bared the scars of discrimination but moved up by living among them. Despite discrimination they kept close ties with the Malays. It was hard but the rewards have been fruitful today. They weren't educated like the early Tamils of Jaffna and Bati. But they came up. They were humble, silent workers doing quite well today. It was alot of ass licking for them to come up in ranks. They went through the Malay blood and came up. And that was what Amir Anna had in mind. 'AVARCALIN RATHATHIL OTRI OORAVADI MALE ELUVOM'. He knew Tamils were a brave bunch that was willing to work had. The group that believed in the phrase: 'VALLAVANUKU PULLUM AYUTHAM'. Perhaps I wonder what would have happened if we followed Amir Anna's path to freedom.
Would we have had many Ananda Krishnan's among Sri Lankan Tamils? I think the Tamils would have done really well. No offence to the Sinhalese, but I think the Tamils would have doing well to the point where they might have been ruling the country's economy (Maybe even politics).

Then again, we have the LTTE who went and shot him thinking he switched to the side of the government, reaping the luxuries given to the government. They thought he had become the now Doghlas Devananda. Little did they realize Amir Anna had something else in mind?
PS:- You must be thinking that Amir Anna was part of the TULF, and he was no diferant from the LTTE, because he was the first to introduce the whole notion of a separate state. Also the fact that TULF are known to be opportunitist. But his later policies had a real cause behind it. The guy was educated and he soon realized terrorism would allow the Government to justify the use of violence against the Tamils. Also it would throw up the wrong kind of leaders and it did among the LTTE.
Amirthalingam the mature statesman could have led his people not into the promised land of Eelam but into the realm of a viable political alternative that could have ushered in peace, stability and prosperity |

How come it is a disgrace to come for an election but killing thousands of people is not!
I'm sure Pirabha's intention must be to be the GOD of dead Tamils and schizophrenics like you!
In fact, only schizophrenics can support the kind of terror that scizophrenic Piraba is commiting on his own race! Killing ones own self and their closest ones (including the members of the same race) is a typical symptom of schizophrenia! |
