First of all do not forget that my user name in this forum is not Magna , but magha. I think I have said this to you before.
Why do you think I do not want peace? It is Tamils who chose the war path for a Tamil Eelam and not Singhalese. I do not want destruction of human lives but if there is terrorism I will fight against it.
What I have done to bring peace to Sri Lanka? I do not support LTTE terrorism, I do not fund LTTE terrorism. I do not live in Sri Lanka and do not pay Taxes to the GOSL.
I call for power sharing through democratic politics. I showed in this forum many a times that Tamil speaking Muslims are not supporting LTTE or North East Merger. They are happy to live in a unitary Sri Lanka. LTTE had proved that they do not want to have Muslims in the North. Under these circumstances if Tamils are continuing to fight for a Tamil Eelam including both the North and the East ,then as a representative of the Majority Signhalese I am against such a concept . Further more I am against a Tamil home land concept as there is no such Singhalese home land concept or that Sri Lanka belongs to Singhalese only. Even the radical JHU do not accept that . It is Tamils who now has to make the choice that they want to be in a unitary undivided Sri Lanka or they want to live separately from Signghalese. If they want to do that Signhalese will ask Tamils to leave the South and go North but they will not give the East to Tamils for a Tamil home land as Muslims want to live with us. So Tamils need to clean up their mess they created for them selves making a bogus concept of Tamil home land of 1/3 of land, 2/3 of coastal area of Sri Lanka. If Tamils believe that there proxy LTTE can bring them the Tamil Eelam by terrorism I have no choice but financially support the war efforts of the GOSL not only to eliminate LTTE terrorism but propaganda of Tamil hypocrites like you who wage a proxy war bringing destruction to the very Tamil society and Tamil speaking Muslims of the East.
That is my contribution to the peace in Sri Lanka , not to give in to LTTE demands but seek a democratic and political solution.

Could you answer the question if Prabhakaran can survive in democratic politics and how could East be merged with North when Prabhakaran chased every Muslim from Jaffna and Muslims do not want it ?
Eliminate Prabhakran and reform LTTE if Tamils want it to be a strong political force to represent Tamils, otherwise they will be living in an eternal surreality whilst suffering in reality. Tamils in Sri Lanka will never achieve peace or prosperity if Tamil Diaspora do not give up their inherited Tamil racism and use Prabhakaran led LTTE as their proxy .

Look, we Tamils did not choose war... your Sinhala goons forced us to defend ourselves.... even now, what we are doing in NE is defending our people from the thugs in SLA... VP is just fighting for self defence... sometimes, though he retaliates |

You have highly mistaken. Either you know little or nothing of the real history of Sri Lanka. The Tamils worked together with the Majority Sinhalese. Few eg.s: Sir Arunachalam Ramanadan, Sir Ponnambalam Ramanadan, in politics, D.I.G. Rudra Rajasinghem in Sri Lanka Police. Tamil Terrorists killed C.I.D. Inspector of Sri Lanka Police Bastianpillai while investigating Terrorist activities. Terrorists killed Minister Rajan Kadiragamer. Why did the Tamil Terrorists killed Prime Minister Rajiv Ghandhi of India?
That's all Terrorism. Terrorists are trying to put the real Tamil People in to Second Class and not S.L. Government or the S.L. Forces. They are doing their proper duty.
Realize at least now where the fault is? Put your illegal arms down. Come forward like real citizens if you need to protect Real Tamils and you too can become Real Tamils. Do not come out again and again with the bogus stories like Tamil Land. The Land is the gift of nature where we all have to live together. Tamil Terrorism is the main Cancer in our Mother Land. You are creating racist problems and blaming other citizens. Becoming civilized or not is left to you. The earthworms cannot be kept on Pillows.

Do'nt be too sure that .. 'any oil to be found in the Mannar Basin, will be contiguous with the Northern region' (implying it should there-fore rightly belong to the Tamil people). False logic, to start with .. (If true, that 'treasure' belongs to the country .. not to a province, exclusively).
The 'Mannar Basin' extends from the Indian side of the International Boundary, down to Bentota in the South (and some way, beyond). (This could well be like the 'Ghawar' field of South Arabia. It was thought at one time to be wholly within the territory of South Arabia .. then they struck it 'rich' in Qatar .. to find the same prolific oil resource (basin), extended from Saudi Arabia into Qatar !)
