No new year celebrations to the widows and children of slain Tamil MPs.
The president rearmed the paramilitaries EPDP, Karuna group and EPRLD to hunt down Tamil MPs, aidworkers and civilians.
ON a Christmus day MP Pararajasingam was gunned down in the HSZ
MP Raviraj was gunned down in Colombo
MP Maheswaran was gunned down on 1st Jan 2008 in front of a Hiudu Temple.
Will the president do something to halt this madness aided and abetted by the Defense establishment of which he is the Commander in Chief??

Happy New Year..
First of all I would like to thank Mr.Brown for his UN-biased efforts,in updating the news.
Because,I feel giving my appreciation to Mr.Brown is worthy,than making a empty greetings,that will not materialized for coming year-2008..
Even though,we greet each other with artificial smile for the coming year,in reality for Sri Lankans,it won't be as happy as, we are greeting each other..
So, it is better not to greet as 'Happy New Year'.
Year 2008 is going to be a terrible year for whole Sri Lanka..
So,lets make up our mind for it...

Happy New Year Mr. Brown. Keep up the good work. As time goes our members through trial and error with many struggles along the way are on the path to becoming a better group of Sri Lankans, regardless of ethnicity. As time goes on many members I see begin to see that by daily interacting with people with opposing views, one begins to see the humanity in all of us and thus drives I think at least some of us to become more mature, respectful and understanding. There are many more difficulties that lie ahead in the future, but we have already come very far. Best respects to all at LNP.com and their families.
