I think GoSL is counting this way....during this week we have 1000 bullets shot, 100 bombs, 10 missils (all of them in jungle)...so, as an average, there should be at least 50 killed.....
That is very possible.SLA is capable of doing such calculations. |

In other words 'shooting in the foot'. Money wasted is money lost. Money lost is opportunities denied to poor ordinary people for a good health care, education and public transport, etc.
