Army chief made this statement just to boost the morale of the forces which is going down and down, he has got to stop the forces who are on the run to Ruhunu, battle climate in Wanni is totally different to the East.
Another poor soul who is in denial. Sorry, cant help you. Dont even know whose morale is sagging. |
