The man leading the govt himself is a crook. He never honoured any agreement or MoU he signed. Billions of tsunami aid aws swindled for private and propaganda purposes. Look at what his former leader CBK says about 2,500 millions of rupees she left when left her office in 2005. How can a rogue minister of his like Mervin Silva behave normally when his leader is the master of wheeling and dealings in dishonoursty.
Former President Chandrika Kumaratunga has called on the government to explain the fate that befell a sum of Rs. 2,500 million received by the country as tsunami aid that was in an account at the Central Bank under a presidential account.

Who are Tamilnadu leaders?
subramaniya swami, cho ramaswamy and Ram.
However the Indians are yet to confirm the attendance of their prime minster as it is going to be a busy period for him.
Attending independence day celebration doesn't amount to endorsing a military centric solution to the problem.
Perhaps, it might help to push a political reform argument to the concerned parties. But it depends on the schedule of the Moanmohan singh, I guess
