You all guys can have eelam as a Conscience. Sri lankanshave no objection I think. But there is no space in the world map to mention EElam as a separate country.

Your right and that is the sad part of it. Whether your fighting for Eelam or a Sovereign Sri Lanka your still fighting for Land and mere possessions and in the process sacrificing life with no remorse.

Tiger Position North of Chettukulam Captured


MANNAR: ARMY TROOPS further advancing towards north of CHETTUKULAM in MANNAR tookhold of another Tiger stronghold Thursday (27) around 10.00 a.m. killing at least five terrorists.

Extended search operations later recovered seven T-56 weapons abandoned by the LTTE.

Terrorism must be eradicated from the earth. Otherwise it is easy to kill anybody by anyone. Terrorism is taking civilisation to primitive law of the jungle.

Soldiers of the Sri Lanka Army (SLA) today captured the North Western part of Narikkulam region after a fierce firefight with Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) who previously controlled the territory. LTTE offered stiff resistance for six hours before the army overran some of the LTTE bunkers in the frontline.

Its tragic, disastrous and a very cruel way of combating ones opponent. Also justifies the insecurity of the Musharaf?s position. This is a way of refraining advancement of democracy.

The killing convinced the position of the current government as a dictatorship. The current history of the government and the peoples mobilization towards Bhutto, explains the dearth of democracy in Pakistan. Musharaf would have already expelled from the power, if not for the support that he receives from USA and UK. Self-preservation and self-security are the fundamentals of survival, which drives human beings. This is the same with the countries in the world systems. However, what human beings and the nations are oblivious is, survival and power can be accomplished via following a moral discipline and incorporating such code of ethics in the constitutions of the countries. Hence, it is the time for a revival of morality.

Benazir's father Mr Bhutto was killed by former military dictator, she too must have been assassinated by the present dictator or the Taliban in revenge for her support of their enemy US.

Pakistan always encouraged and embraced terrorism in attacking her neighbour India or suppressing the minoroties in Begalis in the former provonce East Pakistan just like Sri Lanka is doing to Tamils.

Bengalis were prompted to secede just like Tamils within a failed unitary system with enforced Sinhala Only. Sihala Only sew the seeds of discord and the present president insistance on unitary system with break thye country into two nations.

Absolute nonsense Mrs Bhutto to go to Pakistan at this stage. Bhutto had many enemies and corrupted.

Sacrificed her life for Power.

Proud Srilankans don't need visa to visit Paki if any one wants to attend the funeral.

they asked for federal but Hindia gave/got them full Independence.
