BRW: How is your GOSL sponcered 10 day 'vacation' at Cinnamon grands going? Having fun at the expence of the tax payesr of Sri Lanka are we????
Ok.. I'm really not getting this one. What's this about?
Rumor has it that if you change your side and be a GOSL supporter, you will get a 10 day vacation at Cinnamon Grands! Some of our LNP members have already applied for the offer! |

OK, let me explain ..
This is what I think:
Mahinda is a number one thief and corrupted to the core. We all are aware of that. (Mind you, he is not a criminal and elected by the people. Not a grade 6 drop out and never robbed a Peoples bank to start his career!)
He took almost half of the corrupted MP's of UNP to his side. We all know that too.
The rest of the MPs we have (JVP, JHU, TNA ) are all corrupted.
All those people are 'capable'of corruption and winning elections.
Only Mr Ranil W is Corrupted but Incapable of winning lections!

According to a Doctor in Colombo Gen Hospital, Mervin's nether parts have suferred some damage. They have badly squzeed his tes...ls, even doctors felt sorry about the guy.
Funny thing is, while he was lying there on the bed after examine, suddenly he got suspicious and started shouting filth and threatning the hospital staff saying- If any one take photos of his body parts he will kill all that present there.
In addition, they say, he never stopped repeating his statement- all those thouched him in the Rupavahini will be taken care of and their heads will be dumped at Torrington Sqr within a few days. His 'Boys' are all ready tracking them down.

After this drama yesterday, the main news item or headlines today should have been:
'Mervyn Silva's minister post removed by the President'
It didn't happen and now people know who asked Mervyn to behave like that. |

President told Mervyn to go to Rupavahini
28-12-2007 3.50pm It was President Mahinda Rajapaksa who had told Labour Minister Mervyn Silva to go to the Rupavahini Corporation and settle his dispute over the non-airing of footage of his speech in Matara, reliable sources at the Presidential Secretariat say. Rupavahini did not include Silva?s speech at the opening of Mahanama Bridge on Dec 26th in its newscasts.
In the course of his remarks, the Labour Minister had used uncivilized language in his references to former Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera.

This guy was appointed to the parliament once by CBK and next time by MR.
Can you please tell me In which parlimentory election MR appoited Mervin ??
No parlimentory election took place after Mahinda was elected as the president!
Mervin was elected to the parliment by UNP ticket (1990s) and then crossed over to CBK.
Therefore the blame should go to Ranil and CBK first!
