If VOT wants to register at the Dept. of Mass media and abide by the rules of Mass media regulatory commission then no one should block it.
Anti Govt. doesn´t necessarily mean Anti-Sri lanka.´
The kind of frequency range they are using should be closely monitored. |

Prabha's Injuries Now Confirmed
According to the latest information received through Ground Intelligence, LTTE Supremo Velupillai Pripaharan has received minor bruise and cut injuries to his right shoulder in an Air Force bombing in November at Iruthirapuram (Uruthirapuram).
According to Military Intelligence a trunk of a Palmirah tree used as part of a camouflaged bunker at his safehouse situated in a housing scheme in Iruthirapuram had hit Prabha on his right shoulder. The man in some degree of discomfort had been taken to a secret location for treatment by his bodyguards. It is also possible that Pripaharan was in a state of shock at the time.
Confirmation of this news was being awaited by the Military Intelligence long before journalist D.B.S Jeyaraj's report to The Nation newspaper. DefenceWire was also awaiting confirmation before this post.

Reporters Without Borders in press release issued soon after the air raid said the attack on the radio station was a 'war crime.'
It seems they deserve their name *Reporters Without Borders*. This is the natural reaction we have to expect from an organization which is not aware of any borders. When they are not aware of the borders of Sri Lanka, it is quite natural for them to think that the attack carried out by Sri Lankan Air Force on a domestic target as an invasion.
We have to expect someone to think that his human rights are violated when his neighbour kicked him out for trying to build a house on his (neighbour's) property not knowing where the border is.
I love to hear this sort of statements from INGOs. Sooner they loose their credibility in the eyes of people, better it is.

If the man in the picture is not Gota( supposed to be a sinhalase) but another one (supposed to be a tamil), given that they look very much alike, there is no difference between tamils and sinhalase. Only the language and religion. Then, why do some people waste (particulary JHU moron and other ultra nationalist taliban type sinhala buddhist) a lot of time talking about and reinventing the origin of sinhala and tamil.
Suffice it say that we are just one people divided by language. Equal rights and same genes. |

As a Australian citizen living in Australia from 2000, haven't heard about The Australian Tamil Broadcasting Corporation. There is no such a seperate broadcasting facility for tamils in Australia. Probably it is a 1 hour (per week) air time given in the community radio channel.
Community radio and TV channels in Australia are reserved for all communities living in Australia including sinhalese and tamils.
This is completely mislead readers of this web site.
Mr. Brown, who must responsible for such misleading qoates?
