Mucho,

Well, I think what you think about the budget will come true.

Who would join JVP to earn *POWER* and *MONEY* leaving more tempting options like UNP and SLFP aside.

It is difficult to get a considerable 'position' in a village party samithiya if you are not from the affluent local family.

Therefore if you are poor law cast member of the village with big ambition JVP is your option now! You could be an MP or why not, perhaps a minister one day!
.................

I do not wanna prove anything regading JVP.

However idiological parties live JVP is best operated under secracy and with very small number of full timers.

Now JVP is a democratic political party. Willingly or unwillingly, JVP has to reach general public for support, and most importantly their vote.

If you take the second level or theird level structure of JVP, the biggest trouble they face is lack of people with good intergrity to put forward as candidates in local level elections!!

If they operate under cover, no one need to know the identity of the JVPen. However when they ask people to vote for them, people want to know about the 'person' they vote for.

This is not a problem only for JVP. SLAF, UNP and all other parties face this problem. People with credibility do not want to contest elections. Those who wanna do that have no credibility. JVP contestants are no exception.

I have lots of friends who are in constant dialogue with JVP and thats what I learn from them

PERA

PS: Do you know that central commitee makes JVP MPs get their cell phone numbers changed every month and exchanged with each other, so that if there is any 'fishy' contact try to call the previous owner, the current phone holder suppose to spill the beans???

Do you explain to me why the Central commitee desided not to tell their parlimentory group about the budget voting dicision last month??

PERA,

No, this is the first time I heard that and I am quite happy to hear that. In one hand, it shows that JVP is aware of the possibility of having such corrupt elements among their ranks. On the other hand it shows how much JVP, as a party, tries to keep such elements at the bay.

Do you explain to me why the Central commitee desided not to tell their parlimentory group about the budget voting dicision last month??

Purely for political reasons.

Because STF will be responsible for his life. Hakeem's life is in danger for not supporting the govt. at this budget vote. Mahinda can FIX hakeem in stle with no remorse.

When STF is present to his guard THERE IS THE MOST NEEDED WITNESS!! No gangster could break the security blanket by STF.

Poppy,

According to Hakeem's political language

1STF = X Million Rs. ----- Eq'n (1)

Where
X is a variable,
X = (20 Million, 200 Million), But can be changed according to time.

Well, if you know the 'Time' and number of STF soldiers he is asking you can use Eq'n (1) to calculate 'How much Hakeem needs'.
