Look at UNP, no leader had ever family interest in the party
Oh Really! is this why D.S Senanayake by-passed SWRD and JRJ and appointed Sonna Boy Dudley Senenanayake as UNP leader??? UNP's rightful second in command, SWRD had no say and had to leave the UNP.
Is this why JRJ appointed his little nephew (Traitor Ranil) to the Cabinet of minister's in 1977??
Members of some families are elected by the people. Rai-GONA cannot stop that. That is democracy.

Now Rai-GONA has swithched to JRJ and Singapore
Rai-GONA should win a prize for this statement:
When he(JRJ) he was at it, SLFP/JVP and LTTE did everythig possible for him not to succeed.
Well, it was JRJ/and Traitor Ranil who Freed Rohana Wijeweera from Jail in 1977. JR deserved everything he got.
Wijeweera was found Guilty of Terrorism in 1971 and was imprisoned for life by the Mahnda Rajapaksa/Sirimavo Bandaranaike/George Rajapaksa Govt. of 1970.
What did JRJ/Traitor Ranil do in 1977??? They Pardoned Wijeweera and allowed him to contest elections and in the same breadth, Removed the CIVIC RIGHTS of Mrs. Sirimavo Bandaranaike and Removed Sirimavo From Paliament (Sirimavo was MP for Attanagalla and won her seat with a 10,000 majority in 1977). Sirimavo was not allowed a court hearing. Later, Mahinda Rajapaksa too was imprisoned on false charges (Never prooved) and prevented from participating in his own mother's funeral.
All this happened while Terrorist Wijeweera was as free as a bird!
Rai-GONA talks about Singapore now. It was Lee Quan Yoo (Founding Father of Singapore) who told JRJ in 1977 to Prevent Corruption and Nepotism if he wants to Develop Sri Lanka with Open Economic Policies.
JR turned a blind eye to Corruption and Nepotism and the Country went down to the dumps as Lee Quan You rightly predicted.
JRJ is the GOD FATHER of Corruption in Sri Lanka. JRJ and Traitor Ranil cannot call themselves Mr.Clean.
It was Traitor Ranil who Appointed Ace Thug Thilanga Sumathipala as chairman of Sri Lanka Telecom in 2001.

Who allowed R. PARSKARALINGAM (Who stole NIC money resulting in the loss of two floors of the Hilton hotel) to run the National Treasury in 2001??? Parskaraligam was blocking all projects until he was able to set up local agents and finally, Chratha Ratwatte and Senrath Kapukotuwa too were disgusted.
Who appointed Ace thug and Casino Lord Cricket Board Crook Thilanga Sumathipala as the Chairman of Sri Lanka Telecom???
I can ask a countless number of such questions Spanning Traitor Ranil's entire Life............
The answer to all Questions above is GONAWALA TRAITOR RANIL WICKRAMASINGHE..........The WORST TRAITOR OF SRI LANKA.

Ok assuming Ranil deserves to be shot by a firing squad for all those 'heinuous crimes' listed by you what type of execution would you recommend for MR? He is absolved from all the accusations is it?

Then what about USA President Mr. Bush?? Why?? USA appreciated the work of Mr. Mano Ganeshan and awarded some prices. Your pro-Mahinda colleagues were claiming that Mano was against MR Government. Right?? Why silent about that??Don't like to leave USA and go back to SL??

You are wrong. It was not SWRD and JRJ, DS bypassed. It was DS' own nephew and the leader of the house Sir Jhon Kotalawala who was bypassed.
By parlimentaory tradition, Leader of the house comes just after the PM. However DS has instructed Oliver Goonethilake to appoint Dudly if DS is no more.
Sir Jhon got mad and refrained from attending cabinet meetings etc etc. There were some rumors that he funded a book named 'Agamathi hatana' or something like that too!!
However before that incident, DS bypassed SWRD to get the leader of the house post to Sir Jhon!! Thats why SWRD crossed over! |

So Nepotism and Favouritism in modern Sri Lanka started with the very first leader of independent Sri Lanka. Wasn't he also referred to as Father of the Nation? What a father! What an example!!
But the children are very obedient! They are all faithfully following him even beyond his expectations!! So, he can be a proud father! |

Let's see what Japanese Funds can do. Mahinda flied to Japan in a good time. He got Japanese yen which can be used for 'Budget Winning'.
