Are pen torch batteries among banned items for the youth to be arrested?

Sorry not entire Sri Lanka but to LTTE controled areas
only!
If they have proof that it is for sale only in Jaffna then
there will not be a problem.Well, public security comes
first and we will have to live with it till LTTE is wiped
out once and for all!

lol - no need to prove any , in fact batties are used by JAFFNA people as well not only by sinhalese .
public security comes first and we will have to live with it till LTTE is wiped out once and for all!

double lol - if so , then ban for entire srilanka , in fact the bombs and all type of blasts are occurring not only in North and East but also in South , so BAN FOR ENTIRE SRILANKA - PUBLIC SAFETY COMES FIRST !

NOTE :
please isolate the army guys and military rulers out of public , so there wont be any bomb threat to public !

Hmm.. If the GOSL doesn't want private buisnesses transporting batteries or other essentials to Jaffna.

Then government agencies should do the transportation, and make it available to the public.
