but they never going to stop any attacks in colombo until they destroy them Sorilanka.

I think I answered the question.

Any civilian with an emergency can contact a soldier or a policeman outside their house to get help.

SLDF soldiers don't shoot at any civilian.... unless they are armed and pose a threat.

It's happening all the time. Ask Jaffna hospital sources if you are not sure.
