This irritable paranoid person is driving Tamil nation into a hell. He, Pirupaharan, must be refused by his own people. And we must understand there are fractions in our society who needs the continuation of war for their existence. Brainwashing an innocent but radical (mostly youth)people making suicide bombers out of them and killing some other innocents at a distance has been a great victory for this barbarian king.
LTTE must change their way of winning their rights. killing human beings is not a win. What has he gained out of 33 years of this arm struggle. But, there are pillars in every grave yards in abundance, not only in north but also in very part of the island. He must always realize that he is killing energetic nation who can always give a hand to uplift the nation. Similarly there are politicians who think the war is the solution for this conflict. Unfortunately this conflict is dragging on so that the younger generations is always being subjected to stunting. There psychological growth, Physical growth, spirituality won't be sufficient for them to bring up SriLanka. The will be a time, next generations would curse us, who are here in the presence with all these problems. Are we all going to 'pass the ball' to younger generation? |

| I can't agree to this. This is an incentive which leads to further fighting. We have to look foward to a peaceful solution. And after all, Douglas is already a key LTTE target and if he continues to say things like this too often, he may face even greater wrath of the tigers. He too has been like Prabhakaran in the past, which is one of the reasons which helped him escape the suicide bombing. |

| What we need is the honesty on the way towards peace. Mistakes occur, tragedies happen, still we need to recognize that no no purity in any sides. Ceasefire should be confined to fighting sides but peace should be on broad concept driving towards real dying requirements of the Tamils. |

Is there any point in killing Douglas, or will it be productive? 11 attempts all failed.
INstead, Tamils should think about how to stop the emergence of traitors in the future. That can only be brought about by getting rid of divisions in Tamil society.

Traitors - biggest problem for Tamils. Traitors are worse than those that burned Jaffna Library or thugs that took part in July 1983 violence. Traitors are worst of the lot. We need to reduce their impact.
