Parrot was initially from Sri Lanka and now from UK.
Now, it seems knows about inside information about LNP too.
PArrot also has learned to talk other words except the PErcy and the VElu pact.
Quite an achievement for a parrot.

What MrB has done is right..! People writing from Kili are not from SL. But he can't find a flag for this region as the LTTE hasn't announced one officially yet..! So until such time, they have to have no flag..! They don't have to wait for long though! :P
