According to Sena UN is a 'LOOSE ORGANISATION'!!

I was not referring to the UN .. if you look again, you will see it was a reference to the 'Commonwealth Club'. It is as I have given it .. in fact it is the British who make much of the fact that it is a 'loose association of diverse peoples', who are there only because they want to retain their 'Common-wealth' ties. (They are free to 'drop-out', if they so wish).

So they do LOOSE things????

Since you are referring to the UN .. Yes, it seems they do 'loose things'.

During the time of the former Secretary-General Kofi Annan, moneys realised from the sale of petroleum stocks authorised by the UN .. for the purchase of medicines and other essentials for the Iraqi people .. were not satisfactorily accounted for. (Apparently Sec-Gen's son was a key figure in this mis-management !).

Other 'loose' things ? .. How about the authorisation given to USA to un-seat Saddam Hussein because he was said to be having stock-piles of Weapons of Mass Destruction .. and he was getting ready to attack his neighbouring countries .. ? No WMDs .. no gas or chemical bombs found, to-date .. And the invasion of Iraq is now seen as a grievous mistake by the American public .. even many of those who earlier supported Pres Bush are now admitting, that it was a 'mistake'.

Yes, he might do the same thinsg that Mush is doing in Pakistan. Burning presses may be part of the act... he needs Mush's support, especially to get US backing.
