Budget is not the time to defeat the govt. That is why you have general elections. If you expected govt to lose, you are greatly mistaken. Whether you like or not, Rajapaksha will make money with or without a budget. However, current govt staying in power is detrimental to LTTE. I would say LTTE is the biggest loser in this budget. |

Do you see any evidence of your claim? By hook or crook, SLGOV is getting the funds to fight the war. Strangely, economy is chugging along, perhaps not as fast as it should. :) |

Are you buying that govt. punnakku? Truth is that LTTE is in full force in Mavilaru, Vakarai, Thoppigala, and Silavathura. Their last victory was in silavathura where they chased away all SLA. Only thing they couldnt control was public celebration of street dancing after that. Two weeks ago Tamil Chelvan adressed the victorious LTTE forces. Last week it was Thuyyavan Master. Wonder who would be this week. :)
