Pera is a senior lecturer for Peradeniya university, but works from Hong Kong, using Satelite, 3G mobile phone, MSN messenger and web cam, LNP, etc. As long as his presence is felt one way or another by his students , that is all what matters. |

Pera is a virtual professor:)) Still I like him. Theres something about Pera that makes it difficult not to like him:))
Tele medicine already happens in remote areas.

| Budget is bad for normal people. However, it is worse for LTTE. JVP trying to score some points for next election. They waited until the govt had enought votes. They can now say that they did not vote for the budget while not getting the blame for bringing down the govt. However bad it looks, I would say it is smart politics. |
