Hi,
I think it's just another budget with lots of figures.It does not mean any thing to the poor people in the country and will not make any immediate change of their lives which they were hoping for the last two decades.
War ...???? will be the same does not matter which part of the country you live ,,, some how will affect with your lives ... will see

well , we tamils simply expecting solution , but sinhalase thrusting war on them , when sinhalese die then call that TERRORISM ,why dont you do the same when sinhala government kill tamils ? did you forgot the 1983 sinhala terrorism on tamils ?

Oh , the budget tells you the story , who is destroying whom , for last 30 plus year the Sinhalese ruled the country , one time expected to be another Singapore now simply a pariah state ! no laws , corruption , the politicians no care for own citizen , 500 mil us dollars bond money used to pay the debts , damn what else you need ? people have things to eat or not , have milk to feed the bbies or not ,but loan money used buy arms - a county who is depending on foreign aid waging a WAr - what a joke !

The wrong Rajapakshe
Ranil Wickremasinghe, Chamal Rajapaksa and Nirupama Rajapaksa entered the Parliamentary lift at the same time on Wednesday morning. Ranil laughingly said to Nirupama: ?We are lacking a Rajapaksa in our party. How about coming over? We?ll give you a bench in front!? Nirupama only smiled but did not reply. Upon exiting the lift, Nirupama and Chamal turned right to enter the Government lobby. Turning left, Ranil again called out to Nirupama: ?Nirupama, don?t go that way. Let?s go this way!? Again, Nirupama only smiled. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe crossed over the same day. Following the incident, Ranil left the chamber and made tracks towards his office in Parliament. He met Nirupama again. ?My signal that we wanted a Rajapaksa went out to the wrong Rajapakshe,? he joked. ?It was Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe who came over.? Nirupama laughed again.

A look at the state of the economy, prices and inflation says enough about the quality of the budget.
