After some time, Whole devisions should begin clearing operations along wide strips and after a few such cleaning operations again abandon the real estate until such time further cleaning is not needed.

As I said before this ban is pointless. Monies will keep going to the LTTE and the TRO from all over the world where tamils live regardless of the bans.
This is a token measure by the US government to curry favour with the sinhala government. The great satan US of A does not do things like these for free. There are always strings attached. The USA realises that the Mahinda govt is hanging by the thread and it is waiting in the wings like a vulture to pounce and install a sinhala govt favourable to it - ie. the UNP. |

Diaspora still believe with these HUman Rights Screamings and UNP support they can sneak a few HOMICIDE BOMBERS TO THE SOUTH AND make some FIRE WORKs
Seems when Tamil Silva died the Southerners were worried over a backlash but LTTE knows should there be a backlash the repercussions will be even more- so its not so deadly. Mangala/Sripathi comedy seems more of a farce now than reality. The jokers are slowly realising their mistake.
With TS dying Mahinda has been backed up by many UNPers than ever before, its only the Ranilians think of such disaster. GOSL must go on the offensive till there is some response for some meaning of peace. If the gosl takes the pedal off from the foot that will only provide oxygen to dying ltte.
Mahinda's best opportunity to stamp authority over Ranil for some half decade. Once Pirabha or Pottu goes that will automatically be peace talking begging time for LTTE.
Only time will tell, my tamil mate thinks by next year there will be 2 more seniors gone, could be Rasaiya illankanna or someone.

For almost 30 years our country has witnessed some of the most horrific terrorist activities committed by LTTE. Our babies, children, wife's, sister's, brother's and parents have been raped and decapitated and murdered. Our national leaders have been assassinated. LTTE has not spared anybody in Sri Lanka.
Our country is a small island that is composed of multiethnic groups who had slowly migrated from different parts of India over a few thousands years. At the root of the problem is a brutal organization known at Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam headed by a self centered individual known as Prabhakaran.
Despite many sincere attempts to negotiate this so called crisis by the Sri Lanka Government, which is a multiparty multiethnic entity, the LTTE has resisted by all means. As a result our nation has born the brutal curse of LTTE terrorism and no individual ethnic group has been spared of its atrocities.
In the meantime it is important to note that every attempt at resolving ethnic issues related to various financial activities and political freedom which have been shared by all Sri Lankan alike. This small country shares with its indigenous people similar problems faced by any developing country.
LTTE claims these issues apply only to Tamils and only to Sri Lankan Tamils who compose only 6% of the population (the other 8% of Tamils are Indian origin and lives in central Sri Lanka). LTTE has massacred poor villagers from all ethnic communities and they are responsible for eliminating the entire leadership of other Tamil political parties. This is a well known fact LTTE through its strong political organizations conceal, using Sri Lankan democratic system.
LTTE created TRO (Tamil Rehabilitation Organization) as a tool to funnel funds when western governments began proscribing the LTTE.
As a nation with so much sorrow because of the terrorist activities, I am delighted to hear that we are not alone in this fight. I thank you behalf of all Sri Lankans who appreciate freedom and peace. Thank you very much United States.

As some LTTEer in the forum said, some time ago, USA - LTTE formed another organization to replace TRO(USA). |
