Also we hear that the greatest no. of HIV-possitives have also been found in Jaffna, is that true?

All what i know is that small percentage (less than 5%) HIV possitives are found in Jaffna.....but please note.... not necessarly all HIV cases are caused due to Prostitutes (not found normaly in jaffna or Wanni)....some of them are due to blood transfusion, infection with cut injuries, Hospital equipment with HIV etc....I am sure you are aware of this issue

what is the Figure in other areas?

This is very good opportunity for GOSL.. They have to ban damn LTTE & TRO in Sri Lanka..
