Don't worry, having District basis for uni. selection for this long is a long-term plan to reduce population density in SL!
Also the current statergy of GOSL to reuce population...... under mahinda chintanaya providing official license to Abortion centers and Brothels License (to prevent family culture and produce children under common social norms)......and these two business ventures are found plenty not only in colombo but all over Sri Lanka....JVP Somawansa's sister and Mrs Udayanthi Weerawansa are also managing a High class Brothel in Rajagiriya......which Puli visited recently to get the JVP style pleasure services which costed Puli over 25,000.00 rupees for a couple of hours but they were realy professional on the job.........Jayawewa

Aney damayanthi nago....Boru kiyanna eppa......There may be a very small percentage of Tamil women into the flesh business in colombo but not in Wanni where it is a Taboo which is known to any common sinhala man who has visited wanni during peace days........but I know JVP RAJA SAPA services in rajagiriya provided by 100% top class sri lankans :) :)) :)))

Also we hear that the greatest no. of HIV-possitives have also been found in Jaffna, is that true? |
