SLFP National List MP Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe who crossed the floor and joined the opposition in Parliament yesterday, put forward seven conditions including the reduction of the Cabinet to 30, for him to vote for the Budget.

	They have come to politics only to develop themselves. Not the country. Which is exactly why we don't want to be any part of your failed system. But at least they are useful as always to help in our goal to destroy this fake country created by the British.

What have the politicians of this country brought upon the people of this country? Separation, misery, hunger, corruption, murder, dishonesty, anger and hatred. What have they given their own kith and kin? Perks, diplomatic postings, Jaguars and Porsches, money for generations, power to harm innocent people and the right to plunder OUR nation, which they assume is their own.

There is no party politics, no colour to the suffering of people and it is time we stop them from entering our lives to gain political mileage. Stop it now. Sri Lankans must unite against misleading, misguiding, selfish politicians and show them the power of the people, not only during elections but, in our day to day lives. If not, they will not leave anything for the sons and daughters of Sri Lanka. Politicians will retreat in the face of peoples' power.

Everybody has forgot MR appointed Wijedasa to be COPE chairman. Most of Wijedasa's finding in COPE report actually occurred during Ranil/UNP regime in 2001-2004. But I'm not sure if Wijedasa intentionally didn't specify the 'periods' to make it looks like every allegation happened during last two years.

Again, Mahinda can appoint anyone from Government to be COPE head. Mahinda appointed Wijedasa.

Wijedasa is just a lawyer.
CBK appointed him through the National List so that he could change the constitution for CBK to come back to Parliament as Executive Prime Minister. Wijedasa dissapointed CBK and aligned with MR.

He profusely thanked President Mahinda Rajapaksa for appointing him as COPE Chief after he quit the State Banks Development portfolio and the post of Maharagama Chief Organiser.
