LTTE came into existence because The Tamils in east west south North felt that the Sinhala gvts would not deal with the Tamil political issues fairly!
Now the LTTE is there, you feel the need to weaken it, fine then what? You believe the Sinhala gvts will listen to the interest of the Tamils?
How can the gvts understand the Tamil needs suddenly because LTTE is weak or gone? |

True Terror should not get a chance in our modern world, ut the problem is we need to open the minds of the lower ranks LTTE. These members believe that they are fighting for a worthy cause. If they can somewhat realize the numbers that I have been talking about, even the uneducated LTTE carder will realize this can not be won in the battle field.
The aim of the whole campaign should be to open the eyes of the ordinary Tamils who live in the LTTE controlled areas.
If they know that there is a iphone out there and what luxury lives the rest of the Tamils around the world enjoy they will not fight even a day in the battlefield.
If the GOSL wants to succeed in weakening the LTTE in the field, they need to get closer to the ordinary Tamils.
